We are looking for an experienced and versatile HR cum Office Admin to join our team and oversee all aspects of human resources and office administration. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, maintaining employee records, creating and updating policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will also handle administrative tasks such as arranging travel, organizing training sessions, and preparing reports, maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least four years of experience in HR and administration in the UAE, with a solid knowledge of local regulations and best practices. You should also have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Please note this is a junior level role and Salary Range for this role is 3500 AED to 4500 AED, Please apply only if you agree with the salary range.
- Plan and coordinate the recruitment process, from posting job ads to conducting interviews and making offers
- Maintain and update employee records, databases, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Create and revise company policies, guidelines, and procedures, and communicate them to employees and external partners
- Liaise with insurance vendors, payroll providers, and other external parties, and ensure legal compliance
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and visa requirements for employees and visitors
- Organize and facilitate training sessions, team-building events, and other internal activities
- Prepare and present reports and presentations on HR and administrative metrics, such as turnover, performance, and expenses
- Handle employee queries and requests, and provide support and guidance on HR and administrative matters
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum four years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in the UAE
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software, such as HRIS or HRMS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Team player with a positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset
