Receptionist Cum Admin

We are looking for a friendly and professional receptionist and office admin to join our team in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, as well as providing administrative support to our staff.

Responsibilities:
✅ Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
✅ Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
✅ Provide basic and accurate information in person or via phone/email
✅ Schedule appointments and manage calendars
✅ Maintain office supplies and equipment
✅ Prepare and distribute correspondence, invoices, reports, and other documents
✅ File and organize records and documents
✅ Assist other staff members with various tasks as needed

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
– Proven work experience as a receptionist, office assistant, or similar role
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
– Knowledge of Arabic and English languages; other languages are a plus
– Ability to multitask and prioritize work
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Professional appearance and demeanor
