Flaring Tool Kit (45) – Model No. 526 Size: 3/16 – 3/4 O.D.

Sigma flaring tool kit 275 comes with a manual flaring tool and several hardened, smooth metal cones. These metal cones can produce a 45-degree flare for easy clamping.

The Sigma 808 Flaring Tool Kit is built for technicians who need to prepare copper tubing for reliable flare connections during AC and refrigeration service. It forms a precise 45° flare, allowing the prepared tube to fit compatible flare nuts and fittings correctly.

Its hardened flaring cones help shape the tube end evenly without relying on complicated equipment. The manual design makes the tool practical for workshop repairs, installation jobs, and on-site HVAC/R maintenance where accurate tube preparation is essential.
